– Inventory In Burnaby Detached 🏡
Has gone from 140 to 167. ⬆Increase of 19%
– Coquitlam Inventory has also increased from 121 in January to 189 in February, a 44% increase ⬆.
– Maple Ridge inventory has seen a huge spike from 88 in January to 142 in February.
